- MS- Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- The incumbent should have 5-10 Years’ experience in handling supply chain function of a large FMCG/consumer durable company.**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Financial**

**Distribution Management**
- To ensure that right stock is being made available at all warehouse as per plan.
- Goods to be dispatched within two days after receipt of invoices of godowns.

**Customer Oriented**
- To take measures to ensure higher distributor satisfaction.

**People Oriented**

**Production Planning & Control**
- To prepare unit wise & SKU wise monthly production plan, fixing ROL, order quantity & stock level.
- To monitor daily production plan vs actual plan.
- To monitor constraint in capacity & get the maximum production output as per the market demand

**Internal Business Process**

**Warehouse, Transportation & Inventory Management**
- To provide central & regional warehouses as per marketing plan.
- To ensure availability of full space in godowns for planned stocking.
- To minimize cost of transportation & ensure new means of transporting goods at minimum cost & time.
- To minimize variances in target vs actual FG inventory.
- To ensure 0% variance in physical stocks vs book stocks.
- To minimize non
- moving stocks & ensure timely liquidation of slow moving stocks.
- To ensure FIFO method to be followed in all warehouses.
