**Job Summary**
- Schedule and organize deliveries for the day and prepare delivery documentation.
- Arrange the delivery vehicle at delivery bay with all the necessary fitments well in advance.
- Ensure timely delivery at communicated time and place.
- Ensure delivery vehicle, delivery bay, floor is neat and clean.
- Organize delivery ceremony and celebrate along with the customer.
- Complete all paper work like filing warranty forms, serial number, chassis number etc on the manual.
- Give customers in-depth information on owner’s manual and warranty.
- Record any damage or scratches on the vehicle and communicate the same to Sales Manager/ Service Advisor to repair on FOC.
- Introduces customers to service department staff to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership, Assists with scheduling of first service appointment.
- Issuing new vehicle delivery gate pass.
- Respond to delivery-related inquiries and concerns from customers.

**NOTE: Additional duties to be performed if requested by the management**

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

SSLC/+2 AND ABOVE WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
