**Job Summary**

We’re a looking for a reservation assistant to interact with clients, increase system automation and handle overall reservation processes for our 3 resorts.

**Description of Job Duties**
- Interact with potential guests for 3 resorts based in Aluva, Munnar and Kodaikanal
- Collaborate with managers from resorts
- Find and implement automation opportunities using existing reservation software
- Daily updation of CRS software

**Skills & Requirements**
- High school Diploma / Graduate or equivalent
- 2-3 years of client facing work experience
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
- Solid customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Oral proficiency in Hindi, English, Malayalam and Tamil
- Experience working in a reservation team is a plus

**Salary**:₹15000 - ₹25000

**Work Experience**:2-3Years

**Job Location**:Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
