**About Us**:
At Strolar, We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchase Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain and procurement processes.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Strategy**: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s objectives and support our manufacturing processes for steel solar products.
- **Supplier Management**: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery performance. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key suppliers.
- **Negotiation**: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor and manage procurement budgets, striving to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements. Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Inventory Control**: Collaborate with inventory and production teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize disruptions in the manufacturing process.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that procured materials meet the required quality standards and specifications. Address any quality issues or discrepancies with suppliers promptly.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize overall supply chain performance.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and market conditions to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or similar role within the manufacturing sector, with a strong focus on steel and solar technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
