Job Title: Telemarketer/Caller

Location: Moga, Punjab

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Languages Required: Punjabi and Hindi (Compulsory)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Introduce our products/services and provide relevant information to potential customers.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to generate interest and leads.
- Record and maintain accurate information about customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets to contribute to the overall sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share valuable insights from customer interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi (Compulsory).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in reaching sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Willingness to work in-house in Moga, Punjab, on a full-time basis (9:00 am - 6:00 pm).
