JOB PURPOSE
- Financial Reporting and MIS

MAJOR ACTIVITIES
- Work on allocated activities like Financial Accounting, MIS, Budgeting, Variance analysis, Transfer Pricing, Reconciliation, Related Party reporting & disclosure etc including ensuring the data accuracy.
- Engage with stakeholders like BIU, Product and other units including handling of their queries.
- Ensure timely circulation of Financial reports to Management
- Special projects / adhoc assignments, as required by Senior Management or Regulator, from time to time.
- Compliance to internal & external guidelines at all times, in addition to strengthening of Process documents from time to time
- Coordination with Internal as well as Statutory Auditors for timely completion of Audits.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified Chartered Accountant

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Upto 2 - 3 years of experience in core financial reporting function under Indian GAAP / US GAAP / IFRS. Ex perience in Financial Services Industry will be an advantage.
- Industry experience in BFSI is important - exposure to Corporate lending business will be useful however not compulsory.
