**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, and control systems for luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and project plans to ensure accurate implementation.
- Work with architects, interior designers, and project managers to execute lighting designs as per specifications.
- Conduct electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and testing to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the installation of decorative lighting, smart lighting systems, and custom fixtures.
- Ensure all electrical work aligns with safety codes and local regulations.
- Maintain an inventory of electrical tools and components and ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
- Provide technical guidance to junior electricians or subcontractors when required.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation, preferably in high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of lighting control systems, dimmers, and automation solutions.
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Hands-on experience with various lighting technologies, including LED systems and luxury decorative fixtures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
