- Team Manager - Weld Shop

**A purpose driven role for you**
- You will be managing welding operation of 2250 fuel tanks with the help of 100+ team members and advanced machine including robots, press, spot, washing, resistance welding and leak testing.

**A Day in the life**
- You will be responsible for production, cost, improvements, quality, EHS parameters for entire shift.

**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Diploma / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Min 03-05 year experience in Manufacturing plant in 2 Wheeler industry

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Robot teaching, ISO knowledge, TPM experience, Welding technology, MS excel, PPT, word. Communication verbal and written

**Behavioural Skills**
- Team player, Initiator, Communication, Assertive
