We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Assistant. We KNS enterprises working healthcare, electronics and various sectors. As an integral member of our finance department, the accounts assistant will play a key role in supporting various accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Process vendor invoices and issue customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries as necessary.
- Enter financial transactions into accounting software and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and support as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and ad hoc tasks.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Any graduate degree( Ba, Bca, Bcs, Bba, Ba, Bcom or engineer) applicable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹9,870.00 per month
