Major Job Functions
- Introduce and support new technology, services and equipment
- Provide input to the necessary requirements of SFL within the Clinical centers
- Provide in-house technical advice and fitting solutions to customer base
- Provide problem-solving solutions to complex problems resulting from hearing aid fittings
- Maintain all current product and service information files
- Provide recommendation as requested
- Provide support and work within the SFL Fitting Clinic if required
- Check and verify quality
- Support corporate health and safety objectives
- Provide clinical support to SFL clients when requested
- Assist on PFS/Customer Service calls when requested
- To promote an atmosphere of teamwork that is congruent with the centers standards and

guidelines
- Other tasks and duties as assigned

Competencies Required

Knowledge, skills and abilities required for performance of duties:
1. Education: Bachelor degree in Audiology and RCI registration required

2. Experience: Minimum 1 year professional experience as an audiologist required

3. Training: 3 months

4. Excellent oral and written English language, along with communication skills essential

5. Ability to work and travel independently required

6. Excellent people skills required

7. Knowledge of hearing instruments a necessity

8. Public speaking skills desirable

9. Bilingualism an asset.

10. Must know how to give speech therapy.
