Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products/services, answer queries, and address customer concerns.

Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.

Maintain customer data and update call records in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Excellent communication skills in [mention languages].

Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
