- **Excellent communication skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with parents, healthcare team members, and other professionals.
- **Critical thinking and decision-making abilities**: Capacity to quickly assess situations, make informed decisions, and respond appropriately in critical situations.
- **Stress management skills**: Ability to work calmly and effectively in a high-pressure environment with complex patient needs.
