**Role Description**:

- We are looking for a qualified Accounts Executive for maintenance of Accounts Books and aid in summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports. Substantiates financial transactions by preparation of required documents. Maintains accounting & financial controls by adhering to the company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience in Accounting on a daily basis
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9, Online accounting software(QuickBooks), Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of TDS deduction,GST Compliances ,PF & ESIC.
- Remain in close communication with other departments to comprehend their needs and specifications.
- PO Creation,vendor payments management,reconciliations and preparation of reports for statutory assessments & management.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts.
- A team player with outstanding communication.
