**POSITION**: Recruiter
- Contractor role

**CONTRACT DURATION**: 6 months

**Requirements**:
**The individual in this role will have the opportunity to**:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of each business function, our products, and how each role contributes to our strategic objectives.
- Manage an efficient, full-cycle recruitment process to meet the strategic hiring goals for multiple teams within the agreed upon timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Leverage market data to provide key insights to hiring managers to help determine creative hiring strategies.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the hiring needs.
- Leverage various social media platforms to adverstise positions.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other People and Culture colleagues during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details related to benefits.
- Builds strong partnerships with your stakeholders (hiring managers, vendors, and recruiters) through effective communication and updates.
- Partner with our amazing internal marketing team to build company brand as a great place to work.

**Requirements and skills**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience as an in-house recruiter in a high-growth environment.
- Experience in hiring for roles at all levels and various technical and non-technical functions.
- Strong project management and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system, such as Workable, is preferred
