**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Perform cost accounting functions including inventory valuation, product costing, and variance analysis.
- Track and analyze production costs, overheads, and labor efficiency.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Monitor and control budgets, expenditures, and forecasts for manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and production teams to optimize financial performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Tally Prime software, GST R1 and TDS.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
