**The Role**:
We’re looking for a creative and data-savvy Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. You'll be the voice of our brand across platforms, crafting content that engages, inspires, and converts. If you're obsessed with trends, love creating thumb-stopping content, and know what performs on TikTok vs. LinkedIn, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule content in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor and engage with our community—respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
- Track performance using analytics tools and report on KPIs
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members
- Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and viral content
- Support social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid promotions

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
- Strong understanding of each platform’s best practices and trends
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Canva, Meta Business Suite)
- Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetic
- Bonus: Photography/video editing skills, influencer marketing experience, or a personal content portfolio
