Position Title: Network Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

- Training Program Development:

- Design comprehensive training programs tailored to the telecom sector, covering network architecture, protocols, technologies, and best practices.
- Ensure training programs align with industry standards, emerging technologies, and Elxer's business objectives in the telecom sector.
- Training Delivery:

- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to educate employees on telecom-specific network concepts, including wireless networks, fiber optics, IP networking, and telecommunications protocols.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, demonstrations, group discussions, and hands-on labs, to facilitate effective learning and skill development.
- Provide individualized coaching and support to address trainees' learning needs and reinforce key telecom network concepts.
- Technical Support Readiness:

- Prepare employees for technical support roles by equipping them with troubleshooting skills, customer interaction best practices, and incident management procedures relevant to telecom network environments.
- Conduct practical exercises and simulations to simulate technical support scenarios and assess trainees' readiness to handle network-related issues effectively.
- Performance Evaluation:

- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and practical exams to measure trainees' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance reviews to trainees to support their professional development in the telecom sector.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on advancements in telecom network technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical training and development.
- Solicit feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback, iterate on training materials, and implement improvements to the training curriculum and delivery methods.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in technical training and development, with expertise in network engineering and technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
- Experience in network design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous.
