**Tableau Developer**

**Responsibilities**:
Design and Develop Dashboards in Tableau using different data sources
Understand and analyse the data to find patterns and valuable business insights
Facilitate change and innovation to legacy systems and processes
Manage the deliverables. Coordinate with onshore folks; prioritize technical issue resolution.
Requirement gathering & understanding, effort estimation, technical design, project planning and monitoring
Required to review the day to day delivery work with the team, ensuring a robust process implementation, identifying project/program delivery risks and work on risk mitigation.

**Skills Required**:
Bachelor's degree with total 5+ years of BI experience
Professional experience in building Reports, Dashboards and Scorecards
Strong knowledge on Tableau desktop, Tableau Prep and Tableau server
Strong Data Modelling skills
Experience of creating technical documents
Should have experience of working in Agile projects
Should be good at tuning Dashboards and Reports
Strong SQL skills
Exposure on Big Data connectivity with Tableau
