**Position - QA Tester**

**Location - Remote**

**Experience - 5+**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and Cucumber.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks from scratch, ensuring high reliability and efficiency.
- Utilize CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) to integrate testing processes into the development pipeline.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
- Write and execute SQL queries for backend testing and validation.
- Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing strategies and methodologies.

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- ** 5+ years of experience** in end-to-end automation testing using Selenium, Java, and TestNG.
- ** Strong coding skills** in Java and experience in writing complex automation scripts.
- ** Proficient with CI/CD tools**, particularly Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Gradle.
- ** Extensive experience** in using RemoteDriver for test execution in multiple VMs or remote environments.
- ** Strong experience in SQL** for database validation, including writing complex queries and understanding database concepts.
- ** Familiarity with REST API testing** (using tools like Rest Assured) and performance testing using JMeter.
- ** Experience in building automation frameworks** from scratch and exposure to various automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model).
- ** Solid understanding of cross-browser testing techniques** and tools, including responsiveness and usability testing.
- ** Ability to analyze requirements and develop test cases** based on functional and non-functional specifications.
- ** Strong problem-solving skills** and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality software.

**Good-to-Have Qualifications**:

- Experience with Cypress for automation testing.
- Knowledge of additional testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of version control practices and branching strategies in Git.
