**Job Summary**:
The Nurse Officer of Life Circle plays a crucial role in providing high-quality care to seniors by bridging the seniors and the home healthcare workers. They are expected to manage clients and health workers and make home visits to the patients. A two-wheeler requirement is mandatory as the job would require travel within Hyderabad city. A minimum qualification of GNM/B.Sc (Nursing) is required for the post.
**Key Responsibility**:
Placement and replacement of home health worker. Collecting Google feedback. Patient Care plan preparing and updating. Patient - Client relationship management. Care giver relationship management.Assessment, enrollment and patient visits.Payment collection.
Willingness to visit patients home, 2 wheeler preferred.

GNM/ BSC Nursing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
