A Building Supervisor who have to oversees the daily operations and maintenance of a building or facility Like
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of building systems, including AC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Provide training and support to staff to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
- Monitor building systems for efficiency and performance.
- Assist in preparing and managing the budget for maintenance and repairs.
- Track expenditures and manage contracts for services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance requests and facility issues.
- Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Prepare reports on building performance and maintenance needs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
