**Position Overview**:
As a Student Counselor at Fluent Fast Academy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students. You will provide guidance, assistance, and resources to help students navigate the challenges they may encounter during their educational journey.

By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, you will contribute to our mission of empowering students to achieve their language learning goals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Attending calls and making calls to the new inquiries

2. Taking follows from the leads

3. Convert leads into admissions

4. Making report of them in the CRM

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in student counseling, advising, or related roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and ethical standards.
- Familiarity with academic advising practices and higher education policies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
