**About the Role**

We are seeking experienced **Safety Inspectors** to join our dynamic team for a prestigious semiconductor construction project in Gujarat, India. This is an excellent opportunity for safety professionals with a strong background in construction safety, particularly those with experience in Singapore projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and enforce safety protocols on-site in accordance with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, recommending corrective actions.
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel.
- Maintain comprehensive safety documentation and reports.
- Liaise with project management, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Inspector or Safety Coordinator in construction projects.
- Prior experience with Singapore construction safety standards highly preferred.
- Familiarity with semiconductor or high-tech facility construction is an advantage.
- Recognised safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of local and international safety regulations.
- **Proficiency in Hindi is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Dholera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
