**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with members of the media, including journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Pitch story ideas, press releases, and other content to secure positive coverage in print, broadcast, and digital media outlets.
- Develop compelling written and visual content for press releases, media kits, blog posts, social media platforms, and other communication channels. Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization during times of crisis or negative publicity. Develop crisis communication plans, draft statements, and manage media inquiries to protect the organization's reputation.
- Plan and execute press conferences, product launches, promotional events, and other PR initiatives. Coordinate logistics, manage media attendance, and ensure events are successful in generating positive coverage and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop PR strategies that support overall business goals and objectives. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Track and analyze media coverage, social media metrics, and other PR KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders and make recommendations for improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, community leaders, and industry influencers. Serve as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for the organization at various events and engagements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
