1. Handling Support Tickets

2. Reviewing, troubleshooting, and assigning Support Tickets to respective teams.

3. Coordination with Developers, Testers, Project Managers, and other cross-functional teams

4. Requirement gathering and analysis from the Ecommerce clients all over the world

6. Software installation, Configuration and Training to clients

7. Cross-selling/Up-selling

8. Flexible work hours

9. This is a full-time Remote job.

10. Onboarding new client.

1. Excellent Oral and Written Communication in English

2. Must have worked in similar profile for US, Canada or Australian clients

3. Experience of talking to clients in US/UK/Australia on phone & Skype

4. Knowledge of WDLC, SDLC processes

5. Must know Demos, S/W installation & Training

6. Comfortable in Flexible Shifts

**Company Profile**

We are a 19 year old eCommerce technology company with HQ in California, USA and Development/Support Offices in New Delhi, India and Philippines. This is a product-based company that provides integration services between a physical retail store and ecommerce platforms. The company is currently offering POS integrations with around 30+ Point-of-Sale systems and 15+ eCommerce platforms worldwide.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
