1. Data Entry:

- Verify data for errors and inconsistencies.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.

2. Scanning Documents:

- Scan documents into our electronic filing system.
- Ensure scanned documents are legible and of high quality.
- Organize and maintain electronic files in accordance with company policies.

3. Document Preparation:

- Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and other bindings.
- Ensure documents are properly aligned and oriented for scanning.

4. Quality Control:

- Verify scanned documents for quality and accuracy.
- Check for missing or duplicate pages.

5. Maintenance and Organization:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
