**Job Title**: Production Machine Operator and maintenance

**Job Summary**: The Production Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production process. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring their operation, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that products are produced according to quality standards and specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to ensure efficient and accurate production.
- Perform routine checks and adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and address any defects or issues in products or machinery.
- Document and report any quality issues or production problems.
- **Production Monitoring**:

- Track production metrics such as output, downtime, and waste.
- Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Complete production logs and maintain accurate records of machine settings, production quantities, and quality checks.
- Report any issues, anomalies, or maintenance needs to supervisors or management.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow company policies and regulatory requirements related to production processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of production machinery and equipment, including setup and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work in a manufacturing or industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Physical activity may include lifting, standing, and moving machinery parts.
- May require shift work or overtime depending on production schedules.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
