MrMed is looking for Pharmacists to assist with Online Pharmacy where they would need to attend to calls and chats from our customers for specialty medicines enquiries, order fulfillment and post‑order support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verifying patient's prescriptions and assisting with medicines orders
- Handling customers’ query on medicines via phone calls and chat channels, and making follow‑up outbound calls
- Converting leads generated to paid customers and maintaining databases
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
- Identifying and resolving customer issues and escalating unresolved issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management

**Desired Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- 1-2 years’ experience as Pharmacist - Experience in Online Pharmacy is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Should possess a temperament for handling customers with care

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
