**Project Coordinator**

Experience: 1+ Years

Location: Kannur, Kerala

**Requirements**:

- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for software, web, ERP/CRM, e-commerce, and mobile app projects.
- Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as a liaison between development teams, designers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and lead project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status updates, and retrospectives.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities for software, web, and mobile app projects.
- Assist in budget preparation and track project expenses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and address their concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

**Skills and Qualification**
- BCA, Mtech, Btech, MCA
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication (Malayalam,English) and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of project management softwares
- Basic understanding of software development.
- Time management and attention to detail.
