The Qwerty Ink is a global brand management firm that was established in 2016. We specialize in providing end-to-end brand strategies and solutions, supporting emerging startups to MNCs. We have successfully helped countless businesses streamline their brand story and achieve greater returns.

We are currently recruiting for **The Qwerty Incubator**, a groundbreaking new division of our company. The Inkcubator will be run by a self-sufficient team of front and back end executives that manage the life cycle of brands created within that division along with other incubated brands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Constantly create content for stories, reels, and YouTube using smartphone camera and relevant editing apps from the App Store.
- Maintain the quality and consistency of all content, ensuring it adheres to brand guidelines and style.
- Conduct thorough research to acquire data, insights, and industry knowledge, which will inform content creation.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to maximize content visibility and reach.
- Manage our social media accounts, creating compelling posts, and engaging with the audience.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar to schedule content releases strategically.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing data-driven insights to enhance content strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content marketing technologies.
- Incorporate data analysis into content creation processes, utilizing insights to inform and enhance content strategies.
- Continuously track and assess the performance of content initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to optimize return on investment.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating various types of content, including written, visual, and multimedia.
- Strong writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to grammar, style, and tone.
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Competency with content management systems, graphic design tools, and social media platforms.
- Competency in using smartphones (both Android and iPhone) for photoshoots, videos, and gifs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities efficiently.

**Mandatory Skills**
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of G-Suite.
- Time management.
- Enthusiastic in carrying out work efficiently.
- Experience working with KPI/KRA's.
