Scope Of Work*- Primary- Shared Across Functionally- Define the set-up of the system used for the management of the project documentation
- Keep the Project Documentation List updated registering and controlling the documents that have been issued, distributed and received
- Responsible for the receipt, control and distribution of technical documents, general correspondences, reports and all other project related non-confidential documents, as per the distribution matrix authorized by the Project Control Manager
- Submit documents initiated from L&T's Site Office to the Client or to L&T’s Sub-Contractors and maintain a log for the same. Ensure filing of the recipients acknowledged copy in the relevant section of the filing system
- Provide support to the Project Team explaining the Project Management Document procedure
- Relationships Management*- Internal- External- Interaction with Client and Project Team- Interaction with EPC document controller and Customer’s document controller- Key Result Areas*- Maintain a log of all documents received and shall be directly responsible for regular upkeep of the filing system established
- Maintain master copies of all drawings and technical documents as per the filing system and directly exercise control over superseded documents.
