- Audit Management:Plan and execute internal audits to assess financial controls and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- General Accounting:Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.Ensure adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
- Compliance and Regulations:Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing explanations for variances.
- Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, and audit activities.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
