**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Develop design concepts that align with the brand's identity and messaging.
- Create visually engaging and effective designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: logos, brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website layouts.
- Produce high-quality visual assets using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ensure that all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into your work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute design ideas for campaigns and product launches.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare files for print production and collaborate with printers to ensure accurate and high-quality outputs.
- Provide input and feedback during creative meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance design strategies.
- Keep organized records of design assets and maintain an organized digital library.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- years of professional experience as a graphic designer, either in-house or at an agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
- Ability to handle constructive criticism and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
