**Job Summary**:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment. This role requires a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with basic math & digital tools
- Freshers welcome | 12th pass preferred
