**Job Title**: ITI Fitter

r**Job Summary**:
The ITI Fitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems and components in industrial settings. This role involves working with various tools and machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring that all mechanical equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assembly and Installation**:

- Assemble mechanical components and machinery based on blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Install equipment, fixtures, and other components in accordance with engineering specifications.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance of mechanical equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify faults, and make necessary repairs or replacements of defective parts.
- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, drills, and other machinery as required for fitting tasks.
- Ensure that machinery is operated safely and in compliance with operational standards.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Perform tests on assembled components to verify accuracy and efficiency.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Comply with all industrial health and safety regulations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of repairs, services, and maintenance activities.
- Report any major issues to supervisors and suggest improvements for equipment performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: ITI in Fitting or Mechanical-related trade.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience using various hand and power tools.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and time management.

**Work Environment**:

- This role requires working in a workshop or factory setting.
- Regular exposure to machinery noise, vibration, and hazardous materials.
- The role may involve lifting heavy components and standing for long periods.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Salary**:

- Competitive based on experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹11,234.44 - ₹15,591.24 per month
