**About Company**

We are a 40 year old leading manufacturer of sophisticated packaging machines for FMCG industry. Our customers are spread over thirty Countries. We have the state of art infrastructure equipped with all modern facilities and having workshop space of 75,000 sq. feet at three different locations. The group is DSIR (GOI) approved R&D House and credit rating that indicates high-performance capability and high financial strength. We are looking for

**Accountabilities**:

- Store Management,
- Monitoring of Store activities to ensure availability of quality approved spares, consumables and commodities.
- Innovate & implement good and adequate inventory management practices to achieve cost effectiveness.
- Codify all items of store including accessories and spares.
- Handle all items in stores properly and keep records of all items.
- Issue all items with proper documentation and update all stocks and issue of material as per requisition received from sections.
- To make available the items required by user departments.
- Return all rejected material to suppliers through Quality.
- Timely Disposal of scrap and other items.
- Co-ordinate with purchase and all other user departments for proper flow of material.
- Plan and maintain proper storage to prevent damage and deterioration, check receipts for right quality and quantity.
- Plan and maintain storage of materials/products segregating Conforming/ non-conforming products.
- To stock the required items of the user departments properly.
- Follow up of returnable challan items.
- Stock taking
- Periodical physical verification of stores.
- ERP operation
- Export Billing,
- E-way billing,
- E-Invoicing,
- All types of dispatches
- Action on EPM Work
- Stores function and inventory control in a mechanical Industry

**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 to 15 years of relevant industrial experience in Stores function.
- ERP Knowledge is must, Knowledge of working on SAP will be an additional advantage.

**Compensation**:

- Commensurate with qualifications, experience, and professional background.
