**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to connect with our e-commerce clients, introduce them to our services, and provide insights into their products. You will work closely with senior team members to create and conduct product demonstrations, followed by systematic client follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to e-commerce clients, introducing them to our services and solutions.
- Understand client requirements and provide them with relevant information about their products.
- Collaborate with senior team members to create engaging product demos.
- Assist in delivering the demo and explaining key features with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain follow-ups with clients after the demo to ensure queries are addressed and further engagement is encouraged.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and provide periodic reports to the management.
