**Job Title: MIS Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using tools such as MS Excel, SQL, or BI software.
- Provide detailed performance reports to management, ensuring data-driven decisions.
- **System & Software Management**:

- Maintain MIS software and ensure its smooth operation.
- Implement upgrades and troubleshoot any technical issues related to MIS systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integrations and data integrity.
- **Database Management**:

- Manage and maintain databases to ensure accurate and secure data storage.
- Develop SQL queries and reports based on business needs.
- Perform regular audits and backups of databases to prevent data loss.
- **Support Business Operations**:

- Work closely with different departments (sales, marketing, finance, HR) to understand their reporting needs.
- Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of information across departments through effective data management.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in data management and reporting processes.
- Develop and document processes and procedures for managing data and reporting.
- **Training & Support**:

- Provide training to team members on new MIS systems or reporting tools.
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting MIS-related issues and provide ongoing support to users.
- **Compliance & Security**:

- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Manage user access controls and data protection measures.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Additional certifications in data management or analytics (preferred).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in data management tools like MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of database management and reporting tools.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret large sets of data.
- Ability to develop reports and dashboards that provide insights for business decision-making.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**:

- Skilled at identifying problems and implementing effective solutions related to MIS and data management.
- **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**:

- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work based on deadlines.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role involving data management, reporting, or MIS systems.
- Hands-on experience in developing MIS reports and handling large datasets.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
