currently seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads PPC Specialist to join our team
and help us deliver exceptional results to our clients.
Job Summary:
As a Google Ads PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing
Google Ads campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with our
Paid Ads Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to understand business goals and
develop tailored strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve a positive
return on investment (ROI) for our clients. Your expertise in Google Ads and your
analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring campaign success and delivering measurable
results.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify valuable
keywords and market trends.
- Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various
platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.).
- Create compelling ad copy and engaging ad extensions to improve click-through
rates (CTRs) and quality scores.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for
improvement.
- Implement conversion tracking, set up goals, and measure campaign
effectiveness using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant
tools.
- Perform A/B testing of ad variations and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily/monthly spend to ensure
maximum ROI.
- Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance, key
metrics, and actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to
drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, preferably
in an agency environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research,
ad creation, and bidding strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make
data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant
tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate
complex concepts to clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search, Display, Shopping) are a plus.
- Experience with Google Ads Scripts is desirable.
- Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) is desirable
but not required.
