1. Create and revise graphical designs for both on

2. Collaborate with web developers, quality assurance staff, and management to ensure quality designs that meet project specifications and deadlines.

3. Implement design changes based on feedback from management and clients, ensuring timely delivery of revisions.

4. Utilize typography, pixel-based and vector-based images, and form elements to enhance the product design.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies within the industry.

6. Follow established guidelines for image creation, placement, and modifications.

7. Provide expert input and analysis on designs created by other team members, offering suggestions for improvements.

8. Coordinate with project management tools like Trello to ensure workflow efficiency and timely project completion.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Advanced proficiency in Affinity Designer 2.

2. Strong working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Chat for collaboration.

3. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for implementing web designs.

4. Strong attention to detail, ensuring design accuracy and high quality in all deliverables.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating time management and organizational skills.

6. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience in advertising design or web design.

7. Preferred Skills:
8. Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

9. Working knowledge of JavaScript, WordPress, or other web technologies.

10. Experience using Mac OS v13 or above.
