**Casting Unit Supervisor**

We are looking for an experienced Casting Unit Supervisor to oversee foundry operations, manage workforce efficiency, and ensure consistent casting quality. The role involves supervising molding, melting, and pouring processes while maintaining safety and production standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day casting operations (molding, melting, pouring)
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance for furnace and equipment upkeep
- Enforce safety procedures and train workers as needed

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a casting/foundry environment
- Strong knowledge of metal casting processes (CI, SG iron, etc.)
- Ability to read casting drawings and manage manpower
- Familiarity with foundry safety and quality control practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
