**Job Purpose**

This position is playing a key role in Supply Chain strategy for delivering Chocolates in India.

The purpose of this job is to make the products available (factory/imports) on time as a part of demand fulfilment process while maximizing asset utilization and minimizing overall cost of inventory/factory/import costs. Supply planner will be custodian of supply review with the management, supply visibility & integration, freshness, inventory turns & supply gap closure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To ensure right Supply Planning of all Chocolate SKUs and convert them into order for sites outside India and the right/efficient production planning for Domestic SKUs
- Partnering with Factories/CoMAN & COPACK & Demand team to optimize customer service/demand fulfillment & costs
- To coordinate with markets outside India to receive the orders for production and Export from India
- Coordinate NPD / Promotion planning with Project team for timely availability of stocks
- Building relationship and collaborate with Supply Points (OCT / Veghel) for imports of right quantities with right freshness
- Plan for effective inventory management: Determining safety stocks, inventory policies, minimizing write offs SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) monitoring and control
- Proactively working on long Term Supply Plan and provide inputs/visibility for Capacity Utilization at Factories

**Context and Scope**
- The Supply Planner is an Individual contributor role, where the role is primarily responsible for FG Range availability of all Chocolate Sku’s (Pune Factory & Copack & Import) while maximizing customer service, freshness, asset utilization and minimizing overall cost incl. inventory.
- The role plays a key input provider to FSMR & SMR to drive the right discussions/highlight trade-offs/business decisions
- The role is based out of Pune and is required to communicate with multiple function - Factory Operations/Material Planners/EXIM Manager/Deployment Planner/Demand Planner/ Activity Team & S&F
- Supply Planning is undergoing a digital transformation and experience on an ERP/software is an added advantage

- 3 years + Experience
- Should have managed Planning (Demand/Material/Supply) for a FMCG company
- Adept on Excel/PPT skills & comfortable with numbers/Data Analysis
- Experience of a Software platform/ERP will be an advantage
