Internal Auditor

The role holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the Internal Audit of the organization, to ensure effective and efficient internal control systems& process.
- **Planning and executing audits**

Creating Audit schedules, Conduct internal Audits to assess operational process
- **Evaluating controls and processes**

Reviewing financial statements& internal procedure of all department, identifying discrepancies, and assessing compliance with laws and regulations
- **Identifying risks**

Identification of lapses either from process or compliance point of view and report to management.
- **Preparing reports and presenting findings**

Creating audit reports, highlighting areas of concern, and presenting findings to management and finding the corrective action and implementation

Prepare and present audit reports
- **Monitoring and improving**

Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and proposing systems improvements
- **Collaborating with others**

Working with internal department, stakeholders, and the management to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- **Mentoring and developing a team**

Coaching and supervising team members, and fostering a culture of continuous learning

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Experience conducting internal & external audits
- Knowledge of process audit & Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of ISO compliance and documentation
- Strong data analysis skills
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
