We are looking for **LIGHTING & RENDERING ARTIST **with minimum 1 year of work experience to join our **CEDGE Productions **team. The Lighting & Rendering Artist works under the supervision of the Lighting & Rendering Supervisor. S/He is responsible for lighting & rendering shots for the 3d Animated Productions. S/He interprets the artwork and creates a 3D representation that reflects the original intent of the designer/illustrator and director while respecting the technical requirements of the project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Light and Render CG Shots for 3D animation productions.
- Pre-Comp shots.
- Export the final output.
- Ensure shots meet render requirements.
- Collaborate with departments concerned by lighting work.
- Execute the corrections requested by the Supervisor and the Director by showing an analytic and proactive mind.
- Maintain timing and production quotas given by the production coordinator.
- Organize work and prepare presentation elements for approval.
- Communicate and seek information, if necessary.
- Maintain a good team dynamics.

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma or equivalent in 3D computer graphics.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as Lighting Artist, in a film production environment / animation TV series or visual effects.
- Experience with Blender Cycles Renderer is a must.
- Good overall knowledge of Blender.
- Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Knowledge of Composition, Light and Shadow, art Esthetics is also a must.
