**Leeshore Academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller Executives to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and promoting our educational programs and services. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication and sales skills while contributing to the growth and success of our academy.**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our courses, programs, and services.**

**2. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with potential students and address their inquiries and concerns.**

**3. Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.**

**4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective students in the Excel sheets.**

**5. Collaborate with the admissions team to schedule appointments and facilitate enrollment processes for interested students.**

**6. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion, and revenue generation.**

**7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market demands to effectively promote our academy's value proposition.**

**8. Provide timely feedback to management regarding challenges, opportunities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.**

**Requirements**:
**1. Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or sales roles, preferably in the education sector.**

**2. Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive telephone manner.**

**3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.**

**4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.**

**5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.**

**6. Proficiency in using Excel software and other communication tools.**

**7. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
