**Child Psychologist Job Description for**BMH **Child Development Centre**

**Position Title**: Child Psychologist

**Location**: BMH Child Development Centre

**Job Summary**: The Child Psychologist at the Child Development Centre plays a key role in assessing, diagnosing and treating emotional, behavioral and developmental issues in children. The role involves providing therapeutic services to children and their families, offering expert guidance on mental health challenges and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support the emotional and psychological well-being of children.

**Qualifications**:

- A Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D., or M.A./M.S.) with a focus on child psychology.
- Active licensure as a Child Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist in accordance with local regulations.
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents and families, especially in clinical or developmental settings.
- Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored for children.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, empathy and a compassionate approach to working with children and their families.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time or part-time positions available.
- Work primarily in a clinical or classroom environment with some outreach or home-based sessions as required.
- Flexible working hours may be available to meet the needs of the Centre and the children being served.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,423.78 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
