**Controlling Professional**:
**What part will you play?**
- You collaborate directly with all members of the IPD team to dynamically run commercial aspects of the IPD business
- You provide an array of financial information required by the Intellectual Property Department (IPD) to both the local and the global team.
- You manage the consolidation of the budget and forecasting cycles for the local IPD business
- You enhance the cross-functional and cross-organizational collaboration within the Siemens organization for Technology Division (A&C, Taxes, Auditors etc.)
- You seek opportunities to further drive the digitalization of the in-country reporting
- You work closely with the Supply Chain Management team and GBS team to develop a balanced approach to the end-to-end purchase management

**What you need to make real what matters**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of professional experience in Financial Controlling/Accounting
- Experience in a financial management
- Cost controlling experience, including a general understanding of Cost Accounting, finance controlling, etc.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, your style of working is proactive with a strong service mentality to stakeholders and mindset to continuously strive for improvements
- General accounting skills in IFRS, IND Accounting Standards
- SAP knowledge or similar ERP system preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
- Excellent communications skills, including the ability to provide data in a concise and appropriate manner
