**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sampling**
- Handle sales kit samples and new developments as per school requirements.
- Provide technical input from the sampling stage to ensure clear understanding of the product.

**Patterning**
- Ensure each product/size/component matches pattern and measurements.
- Manage proto samples and modify patterns when deviations are found.
- Handle large-scale sizing requirements (Pre-primary to Senior Secondary) and plan timelines accordingly.

**Bill of Material (BOM)**
- Prepare and share BOM with the procurement team, covering fabric, trims, and packing accessories.

**Samples & Approvals**
- Follow Proto, Size Set & PP samples with vendors.
- Maintain approval records and feedback documentation.
- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure production standards.
- Coordinate with labs for testing and QA approvals.

**Cutting Program**
- Ensure CAD and fabric consumption accuracy before cutting to control wastage.
- Monitor fabric utilization and cutting quantities on a daily basis.

**Factory Follow-ups**
- Track daily production, fabric dispatch, trims, and accessory requirements.
- Provide daily updates (PCO) to the front end.

**Reconciliation**
- Maintain inward & outward records.
- Reconcile vendor packing lists and invoices against received quantities to ensure accurate payments.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE SPECIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATION**: Graduate/Diploma in Textile, Fashion, or Supply Chain Management preferred.

**EXPERIENCE**:
3-6 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in apparel, uniforms, or institutional product manufacturing.

**SKILLSET**:

- Strong knowledge of product sampling, patterning, and production cycles.
- Proficiency in vendor coordination and procurement processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines effectively.

Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
