**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures for the school.
- Supervise all the House masters and ensure proper management of the boarding and hostel facilities.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, Hostel facility, house functioning, student discipline, facility management, and budget oversight.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff, students, and parents to address concerns, communicate school updates, and gather feedback.
- Supervise academic programs, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to review and develop curriculum, instructional methods, and assessment strategies.
- Implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive school culture, fostering a safe and respectful environment for all students.
- Support professional development initiatives for teachers and staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness in the classroom.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and assist in identifying training needs for continuous improvement.
- Foster relationships with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote engagement and support for the school's mission.
- Coordinate community outreach programs, events, and partnerships that benefit students and the school community.

**Qualification and Skills:

- **
- Post Graduate Degree in English or Mathematics.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
- Previous experience in an educational leadership role, preferably as an Assistant Principal or in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of educational policies, curriculum development, and instructional methodologies.
- Latest and updated knowledge on best practices, various teaching methodologies and developments at National / International level pertaining to academic administration.
