Position **:Data Entry Operator (with Excel Knowledge).**

Salary **:12,000/- to 15,500/-**
- **Collecting data**: Responsible for gathering, organizing and authenticating data collected from various documents, materials, and online sources.
- **Inputting data accurately**: Responsible for gathering data from a source and input it accurately into the company's database. This usually includes creating digital records from paper, merging or updating databases and sorting information into the correct fields.
- **Verifying and reviewing databases**: Data entry operators also review existing data to check for errors or inconsistencies. For example, they ensure a uniform format for different data fields and correct spelling.
- **Implementing data security and management policies.**:

- **Responding to requests for data**: It is the duty of data entry operators to respond to specific data requests from different teams in the organization, such as the sales or marketing departments.
- **Maintaining confidentiality** Having access to this information which can be potentially personally identifiable makes it critical for them to maintain strict confidentiality.
- **Performing administrative duties**: For some data entry processes it may be necessary to scan or print large volumes of data and file it in relevant categories. Data entry operators perform these clerical duties and ensure that they make optimal use of all office equipment deployed.
- **Generating reports**: To perform advanced data analysis, the data team may ask data operators to create preliminary reports and perform basic analytical functions. For instance, depending on the business purpose, data entry operators may create a cross tab, column or grouped report for further analysis.
- **Performing data backups**: Besides creating complete and error-free databases, data-entry operators also ensure the safe storage of data at designated locations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
